High Protein Soya Lemon Soda

Serves: 1 (~250 ml) | Prep Time: 5 min

 

Nutritional Info (Per Batch): 77 kcal | 13g Protein | 0g Fat | 9g Carbs (6g Net Carbs)

 

Ingredients:

  • Defatted Soya Flour – 25g

  • Lemon Juice – 10g

  • Jaljira Powder – 5g

  • Black Salt – 5g

  • Stevia – 10g

  • Water – Just enough to blend

  • Ice Cubes – 3–4 pcs

  • Mint Leaves – 4–5

  • Drinking Soda – 250–300g

 

Instructions:
Blend soya flour, lemon juice, jaljira, black salt, stevia, and a little water until smooth. Adjust consistency with ice or more water. Pour into a glass over ice and mint leaves. Add drinking soda and stir gently. Serve immediately.

 

Storage:
Consume immediately. Do not store, as soda loses its fizz.

High Protein Soya Lassi

Serves: 1 | Prep Time: 2–3 min | Cooking Time: 2 min

Ingredients:

  • Defatted Soya Flour – 25g

  • Curd – 100g

  • Stevia – 10g

  • Water – As needed for consistency

  • Elaichi Powder (optional) – ¼ tsp

 

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender with a little water and blend until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more water and blend again. Pour into a serving glass. Serve chilled with ice cubes.

 

Storage:
Refrigerate and consume within 1 hour for best taste and freshness.

Serves: 1 (~250 ml) | Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients:

  • Defatted Soya Flour – 25g

  • Curd – 100g

  • Water – ½ cup or as needed

  • Mint Leaves – 4–5

  • Ice Cubes – 2–3

 

Spices:

  • Salt – To taste

  • Black Salt – ¼ tsp

  • Jeera Powder (fine) – ½ tsp

  • Chaat Masala – ¼ tsp

  • Red Chili Powder – ¼ tsp

 

Instructions:
Blend curd, defatted soya flour, ice, and all spices into a smooth drink. Adjust consistency with more water or ice. Pour into a serving glass and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.

 

Storage:
Refrigerate immediately and consume within 2–3 hours. Stir or shake before drinking. Best enjoyed fresh.

Ingredients:

  • Defatted Soya Flour – 30g

  • Water – 1.5 cups or as needed

  • Drinking Soda – 1 cup

  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp or to taste

  • Mint Leaves – 8–10

  • Fresh Coriander – 8–10 strings

  • Ice Cubes – 2–3

 

Spices:

  • Salt – To taste

  • Black Salt – ¼ tsp

  • Jeera Powder – 1–2 pinches

  • Chaat Masala – ¼ tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp

  • Pani Puri Masala – ¼ tsp

  • Jaljira Powder – 1 tsp

 

Instructions:
Grind mint leaves, coriander, and all spices (except soya flour) into a thick paste. In a blender, add this paste along with defatted soya flour, ice, and water. Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency with more water or ice. Pour into a glass, garnish with mint leaves, and top with soda. Serve chilled.

 

Storage:
Refrigerate immediately and consume within 2–3 hours. Shake or stir well before drinking. Best enjoyed fresh.
